Emphasize on positive aspects and deephasize the negative events !

Lets highlight the positive aspects and issues and give no /or low emphasise in worst cases to he negative issues or negative forces. It is thus the largely expected and waited many more positive aspirations and expectation for the nation are under shadow, among which few are Education, Health, Peace and Development.

The catchy words like human rights, community development, gender rights, democracy, AIDS, Inclusive rights, Swine flu, Indigenous rights, MDGs, sustainable development etc, imported through missionaries though we have our own traditional knowledge, skills and practice. Due to our limitation of poor/politically motivated valueless education, the syllabus so far has not been developed in the present context. The rhetoric type of education is prevailing/imparting in the past, present and may even continue in the future generation as well. It is the result of incompetent leadership without out mission and vision. The present situation of Nepal is also a repercussion of failure leadership due to lack of their vision and mission towards nation. After first and second world war, the so-called skilled foreigners are welcomed as our breadwinners as experts, advisors in Nepal through UN and donor agencies. Many Nepalese are more knowledgeable/experts than so-called Westerners who try to prove them as scientists and experts in our soil, in our culture, and with our own diversity of knowledge.

It is thus many knowledgeable scientists; experts are alleged as brain drain and seeking Permanent Resident status in different countries. So we need to work something in a planned way from every sector, especially media to play a key role.

It is time to respect and regards the knowledge of our own Nepali scholars so that they won't seek alternatives abroad.

On this occasion, we need to respect and recognize the power, knowledge, activeness, enthusiasm, inquisitiveness of children. As there is a Nepali proverb BACCHAKO MUKHMA DEVTAKO BAS HUNCHHA (children never have a petty self interest so that they never lie). They say whatever they see and feel. It is the family, society, school, education and the environment that are responsible for the false teaching and preaching.

We need to give a true, value education to the children so that a school in Kathmandu has been established some time more than 2 decade ago providing value education to all races, classes, creeds, sects, cults and religion. One of the students of this School has set a record in the history of Cambridge University with a highest score in the mathematics. He is Mr. Anoj Sahi from this school. The products of this schools are either pursuing their masters or Ph. D. from various universities throughout the globe despite ignoring their culture and teaching provided by respected guru Dr. Chinta Mani Yogi, (a very renowned among the intellectuals of national and international level) founder Principal of Hindu Vidya Peeth (HVP) and his team. During this period HVP expanded in three different locations such as Balkumari, Danchhi and Dang of HVP Branches are in existence in this period as Secondary Schools in the same banner.
It is a strong belief that HVP is bridging the gap gradually and is providing his thoughts from higher level of GoN officials training to the globe about the importance of the diverse culture. In his kind words, the main sources of national income will be through preserving our diverse culture.

To bridge the gap, a great scholar Mr. Kul Chandra Gautam former Deputy Secretary General to UN is also very active in later days in Nepal. He is playing various roles through various foras to achieve the long awaited and expectation of motherland Nepal. He is currently, International Coordinator on “A World Day of Prayer and Action for Children (DPAC)” 20th November and respected Guru Dr. C. M. Yogi is Country Coordinator, Global Network of Religions for Children (GNRC) for the same programme. I’m pleased to forward the vision and mission of the programme received by respected Gurudev Dr. C. M. Yogi who recently returned from Srilanka attending the similar meeting. He is kindly welcome and thankful for providing this useful information. Please find the attachement in this email. He is available at cmyogi <cmyogi@wlink.com.np>, You are kindly requested to provide adequate place in our mind to the attached document and it will obviously take the needful coverage in the media from your end. It is everybody's responsibility to whisper the kind words and good things together from our level best.

Last but not the least, kindly do not forget to contact Mr. Deepak Sharma Bajagain, World Record Holder as a Longest Marathon Reader in Guinness World Record Book. He is available at 5003003 (resident) and 9841485640 (mobile). deep_nsa@yahoo.com For your kind information, he is going to attempt another three records on December 1st, the world AIDS Day, at Dasharath Stadium in three fields one is chewing Garlic, bouncing basket ball and table tennis ball.

Please provide your time and mind on to both of these issues. If these two issues are well addressed it can become a be a milestone to solve many problems as stated above. Comments, suggestions, and queries are most welcome and you may forward it to others as well. You may please see the forwarded emails and any one can organise the same programme. We need to provide to our future generation with some of the notable actions/ through a well established social icons from the existing resources/ society.

Critical apprisal, comments, suggestions and qeries on the raised issues are always welcome and highly acknowledged with a great thanks in an advance.

Thank you,

Dear Friends, NamasteEvery year on 20th November, the world celebrates “A World Day of Prayer and Action for Children (DPAC)” with a number of programmes including prayers, meditation and spiritual discourses along with ringing the bells of different places of worship. We are all undergoing a series of life-threatening situations due to violence, crime and looting. We have lost the peace of both mind and body and feel incapable of carrying out any activities that might work towards peace. We are helpless! We can again learn a lesson from this and wake up each day with a renewed vision and mission to give hope to the entirety of humanity. We are the problem and of course we are also the cure.

Let us start something positive, wherever we are. The sooner the better; we are already late. The best means of happiness would no doubt be through prayer and meditation. This brings about spiritual awareness throughout communities, the cumulative effects of which will indeed have a global effect.

It is our great pleasure to have such an internationally renowned person, Mr. Kul Chandra Gautam, former Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations and former Deputy Executive Director of UNICEF, as the guiding personality for this movement. All the programmes will be organised under the able leadership of Mr. Gautam, who is also the chairperson of the DPAC organising committee worldwide.

Global Network of Religions for Children (GNRC) has made an appeal to the world community to take up some initiatives in order to make the day truly successful. We are very happy to announce that Shanti Sewa Ashram (SSA) has a long-standing connection with this global movement, running several programmes for different sections of the community. These past, inspirational successes have motivated SSA to get further involved in such programmes both more firmly and with greater commitment. Furthermore, we feel highly privileged to have this opportunity to co-ordinate DPAC programmes throughout the country again this year, as per the kind request of Mr. Kul Chandra Gautam and GNRC.

“A World Day of Prayer and Action for Children seeks to bring together people of religion and goodwill to safeguard the integrity, rights and dignity of children, and promote their survival, development, protection and well-being. A World Day of Prayer and Action for Children offers a unique opportunity not only to celebrate this common conviction that binds all humanity, but also to harness global solidarity to build a brighter future for all our children.”

Let us celebrate this day in every possible way in our own regions on 20th of November. Let us work hand-in-hand to be part of this global event. Let us organise several programmes in our various communities in accordance with our convenience so as to make our brothers and sisters aware of the importance of prayer and meditation in fostering peace everywhere. Let us inspire all communities to initiate programmes of this kind in their schools, colleges, offices, temples, churches, mosques, stupas and our very homes. Let us express our solidarity for peace and harmony through organising prayer sessions according to our faith and beliefs. Let us ring the bells, sing the hymns and read the prayers wherever possible. Let us organise meditation classes and spiritual discourses in which all, young and old, will equally participate. Let us create an environment which will nurture peace from the local to the global level. We are one and with this spirit of oneness we will be able to create a lasting peace. May Peace prevail on Earth!

Dear all,

Namaste and greetings !

Let me share few things that may give some sort of positive signs forthe future hope.
Please join your hands in congratulating to Mr. Deepak Sharma Bajagainfrom Patan Multiple Campus resident of Khumaltar, Lalitpur District.Mr. Bajagain made a World Record in the Guinness Book for readingcontinuously for 121 hours as a longest Marathon Reader.
We all know if intellectuals are worshiped everything is respected andregarded. To respect others means to be respected oneself. Except fewexceptions most of us know how intellectuals are being exploited andused by so called rulers and politicians in the nation to ful-filtheir own vested interest. Mr. Bajagain is not only the pride to Nepalbut to the globe through his contribution. You may please see himdetail to encourage him.http://www.kantipuronline.com/news/news-detail.php?news_id=301856,http://blog.xnepali.com/new-guinness-record-longest-marathon-reading/,http://impworldnews.blogspot.com/

Ms. Prashikha is thankful to share her commitment with Mr. B. K. Dalitto support Rs.100/- campaign through her many Australian colleagues tosupport many underprivileged children of Nepal who are deprived fromhaving school education. Merely due to lack of oridnary stationary.
Dear Ms. Prashikha you are most welcome and please extend Rs. 100/-campaign as much as possible for a noble cause as raised by Mr. B. K.Dalit. Let's forget what people in our daily life say that GoN couldnot provide education neither INGOs nor well established NGOs to theneeded. How can an ordinary unknown person think a good thing tochange the prevalent society ? It is mostly raised by halfintellectullas from the existing society. Many drops fill a pot in areality. If any one is ready to join helping hands and minds both in aform of drop in any movemnet it is most welcome.

Welcome back to Mr. Hari Thapa from a month long South India trip withfresh memory that 836 million (77%) Indian population having dailyearning below than INRs. 20/-. Out of them more than 50% people aresurviving with less than INRs 10/- per day. Let's compare the hugedisparity between the world richest Amabani and these people. Nepal isrenowned as one of the poorest in the world. Let's compare Nepalesepoverty with the latest Indian data. You may please check it'svalidityhttp://2nunsandapackmule.wordpress.com/2007/08/11/77-of-india-lives-on-less-than-50-cents-a-day/ and his email regarding it in below.
Mr. Sate Lite is returning with many hopes to Nepal and Nepalesewithin few weeks with many programmes and dreams from USA.

Welcome back to Prof. Dr. R. P. Chaudhary after a month longprofessional tour to Europe followed by his two week long Sagarmathascientific study tour. We all are expected to know from him in thefuture application of the outcomes of his recent two of the visits.
I salute to the kind words of Mr. Ashik Malla and expect the criticalappraisal from all whoever has time. It might be a correct time tohammer and ponder on many issues yet to be responded by the concernedpersonnel and authorities whom we have surrendered our sovereignty torule us. We need to ask whether they are ready to be ruled by us basedon the selection of the good ones with bad ones.

What a lovely commitment made by our another colleague Mr. Jimmy Lamawho never says his personal time before selfless service to the ruralcommunity though he is the student of one of the expensiveUniversities of the World. Thanks a lot to Jimmy's for his time andeffort both.
A millions of thanks goes to Mr. Bhola Nath Sharma, 67, retd. CDO fromGoN who is being a source of inspiration to many young ones who hasstarted many things at his community by community through communityHospital, community Radio, community Library, community College etcfor his community.

How can we forget many movements initiated by our colleague Mr. DeviPrasad Acharya and his team from NEPCEMAC producing Compost (organicfertiliser) from solid waste/kitchen garbage in Kathmandu valley, contributing plantation in a greenbelt of Ring Road at the cost oftheir employees. Providing services to the largest numbers ofhouseholds in valley collecting solid waste through a single banner. With the sincere environmental awareness capmaping of NEPCEMAC nosingle household in its collection areas throws garbage in thestreet/public open space unless it's staff members whistle at theirdoors under any political strikes taken place in valley in the name ofland field site created problems and whatsoever. All question, isthere any single GoN isntituition, INGOs/ NGOs turn over 30 millionRupees per anum without any forein aid ? Yes, NEPCEMAC is theexception. www.nepcemac.org.npMr. Prem Guragain and his team's great work for the inspiration toothers who are launching a Sunday Nepali School, daily Bajan, aprogramme to establish a Pashupatinath Temple in USA, ofcourse Prof.Dr. Khagendra Thapa's Nano Technology, Ratna Sansar Shrestha'shydrogen finance are very helpful methods and tools to develop thenation. Similarly, captain Vijaya Lama' s Nyano Karyakram, Mr. TilakKoirala's Bhariya Programme, Dr. Nava Raj Pant 's Saemual Undong (NewVillage Development Movement) We must be thank ful to them and theirgreat ideas.

Let's hope for the better future.

Dear L B Thapa jee

Thank you very much for sharing your feelings, thoughts and ideas on FACEBOOK. I have listed some of my points originated after reading your email. These points may or may not directly address your concerns but I hope thesepoints are related with the fundamental issues you have raised.

1. Having ambitions is fine. We collectively as a nation are underdeveloped. That has been reflected in all areas including the show of stupidity by many political opportunists, renegade intellectuals and mercenary journalists. They are self-centered, greedy and corrupt.

2. It is strange that nobody among the groups mentioned above accepts responsibility and no one wants to be accountable for. This makes these elites shameless and middle class people forgiving. Therefore, neither these leaders repaint nor the people demand punishment in an uncompromising way. This is because of lack of information or determination or collective courage on the part of the people in urban centers.

3. Praying foreigners is the business of most of our elites. Many among them are neither patriotic nor socially responsible. They consider foreigners as their mint factories. This condition further leads them to considering the foreigners as their sole masters. Money and tickets to the west are their prime concerns. Thus, the masters ask them dancing as they like and the shameless lot dances accordingly.

4. "Problem solving" in the present context of Nepal is not a technical process rather it is a socio-political and economic transformation of the society. The upheavals and divisions taking place at the grassroots level are accelerating the process of transformation giving birth to a new society. Therefore, there is not only the ray of hope but we could confidently say that the society is passing through the extraordinary process of upheaval and marching towards transformation.

5. We have to differentiate between the essence and form, urban processes and rural processes, rotten leaders and emerging political activists and dying today and shining tomorrow.

6. In strategic sense, there is no 'win' - 'win' situation. When society qualitatively enters into a new condition structurally, the socio-economic and political paradigm shifts radically. This could happen only as a result of 'win'-'lose' situation. This applies in all areas, social as well as economic classes, individuals and organizations.

7. We have to learn from our own history, present movements and political experiments. Also, we have to learn from international arena. The revolution in information and communication has narrowed down the distance and time. We should develop competencies so as to fully develop ourselves as a responsible and valuable human being and as a conscious national and global citizen.

In summary, I think, in Kathmandu valley, we are surrounded by politicalthugs, intellectual cheats and media barons, but that is not the end ofNepal. When I try to dream myself as my beloved motherland, I feel moreoptimistic and more confident. As a nation, Nepal has not been marchingtowards total destruction. The preachers of doomsday are none other than thebeneficiaries of such prophesy. Let's ignore them, let's concentrate on thearea where we can make difference as a manager, as a professional, asbusinessperson, as a worker, as a peasant and as who we are – technically, politically and individually. 'Small time political talkers' are okay butthey could not change our destiny.

I appreciate your feelings and concerns. The country needs consciouscitizens like you who ask questions and try to find out solutions. To ponderon problems of the nation and find out solutions to propose to is thebeginning of the behavior signaling the "new mindset" that you are talking. Please continue your mission of critical appraisal and spotting out a goldendeer in the bush. I wish you success in your endeavor!
Regards,

Ashik Malla

LB ji Namaste:

I read attached brochure. I have been thinking how we should start anyeducational program which will directly benefit our unprivileged childrenand this plan is sort of what i was trying to think of.

- Plan is practical. We may/should discuss this issue in one of the upcomingmeeting in HVP to collect views from other intellectual people like BK Dalit, Ashik Malla, Bhola Lamsal. Such discussion will letmore people know abt this program.

- Since this program totally depends on financial resource, we should findpeople first, who might be interested to help this program. If we can show positive result in future, there wont be problem to getfurther support.

I will discuss about this issue with some of my friends and Nepal's wellwishers here and let you know their views. I am excited about this program. Plan is outstanding.
Lets work on it.

I do agree meeting and talking only might not be productive but toknow others idea through sharing experience from different sectorspeople will obviously build confidence. One feels that there are otherpeople also in the tiny mother earth who are struggling for positivechanges with innovative, little initiatives at last respected Gurudevsummed up after your presentation all needs to be united. All thesegood initiatives needs to run superlatively but it has some sort oflinks among all cooperating and helping each others initiatives with acaution of duplication.
Jagganth Sir was smiling with several pains to make the programme success.

Attractions of satsang

Mr. Juli Pariyar for her competence, Mr. B. K. Dalit for his effortsto contribute deprived and disadvantage children , Mr. Bhola NathLamsal committed for the community through Radio, College, Library andHospital , Mr. Tilak Koirala for his initiation to support porters ofKathmandu, Mr. Devi Acharya for his initiation to provide employmentsto 7000 people in Kathmandu valley collecting municipal (solid) wasteand providing organic food in cheaper price than inorganic foods assold in markets of Kathmandu. Cycle movement and few others wereattractions of yesterday’s satsang.

Thanks to Mr. Om Bhakta Yogi for introducing his colleagues whosupported in a various ways to HVP Balkumari and Dang. A daughter fromUK family provided her expertise to HVP in Dang and The presence ofher brother, friend and Mother were another attraction to satsang tome. I enjoyed a lot. Individual minds and different networks amongvarious organization will rapidly work for the best interest of motherland Nepal and her children when so called state leaderships arecorrupted in the names of enjoying the resources of the nation infailed State. They provide good lectures and lessons of goodgovernance to ruled ones with many hidden agendas. The day is not farto open their masks or scarecrow through contribution of selflesslittle initiatives. In kind words of Guru Dr. C.M. selfless servicecan be provided through prayer, financial support, contributing time, providing volunteer service without having any self interest.

Failed to participate in a picnic/ satsang

I was so sorry that I could not participate in a Picnic invitationfrom respected Guru Dr. C. M. Yogi due to my official backlogs as Iwas out of office for four days to orgainse an interaction for CAmembers on environmental rights in new constitution. May all enjoyed alot and I missed this golden opportunity to have interaction withdignitaries (new ones too).
Request to explot the knowledge of Vishnu sir.

At last colleagues Mr. Dipak Aryal, Mr. Tilak Koirala, Mr. NabinAryal and Mr. Ramesh Bhusal may use your attachment and exploit yourknowledge and expertise to project Hindu mythology also have a greatcontribution in preserving our environment for our future generation. The latest principles and theories also talk abbot conserveenvironment for present and future generation in a sustainable way.

I request to invite and felicitate Mr. Bajagain in next programme

There is a chance to welcome and felicitate to Mr. Bajgain who isthe youngest record breaker in the Guinness World Record reading inlongest period in the word. It is not in the priority of GoN torespect and felicitate to such precious heritage of the country likeMaha Bir Pun and his team how fresh negative impression is with youngentrepreneurs computers scientist Mr. Satellite while bringing theused IT equipments and compelled to provide 6000/- to the customofficials at TIA and insulation was to one of his Iraqi colleagues Mr.Anesha again in TIA with state agent on well-wishers of Nepal whocome here to provide necessary paste over the wounds.

No doubt we missed a lot to Mr. Satellite, and Dr. Nava Raj Pant alot but they will join once they back to Nepal.

May all will be benefited from you and hope to hear from them whohave concerned this email.

Thank you, with regards,

Sincerely yours,

L B
